About the role We are excited to announce a pivotal opportunity for an Account & Pricing Administrator role to join our esteemedOrica GBS (Global Business Services) team on a hybrid working setup in our Manila office. The Account & Pricing Administrator provides vital commercial support to the Digital Solutions teamby managing customer accounts and contracts with accuracy and consistency. This dynamic roleoffers the opportunity to collaborate across global regions, as it operates on rotating shifts coveringAusPac, EMEA, and NA—perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities for this role include managing contracts, processing variations, assist with thepreparation of offer letters, and maintaining business partner master data in SAP. The role alsoinvolves tracking and reporting key performance metrics, analyzing commercial data, and handlingessential administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. What you will be doing Supports contract and subscription administration, including the creation, maintenance, and amendment of customer agreements. Ensures compliance with contract terms and approval requirements (including Ariba) before contract execution or processing commercial changes. Manages invoicing activities, resolves billing disputes, and maintains accurate business partner master data to ensure data integrity. Maintains key commercial and pricing information across systems and platforms. Analyzes operational and commercial data to identify trends, support corrective actions, and uncover account growth opportunities. Coordinates regional reporting activities, including monthly KPI reporting and customer reporting requirements. Contributes to the efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement of the Digital Solutions team through effective contract and account administration support. What you will bring Any tertiary qualifications At least 2 years work experience; SAP knowledge is a plus Strong computer literacy - Advanced level Excel & SAP user skills highly desirable. Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills. An eye for detail and an ability to work alongside diverse and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated commercial acumen. A collaborative work style, with an inquisitive mind and desire to develop professionally. A mind-set that looks for ways to deliver higher performance and adapt swiftly to changing needs.
