Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations. ## **About This Role** ACI Tech Academy is expanding its reach through campus and university partnership programs, and this role sits at the heart of that growth. As an Admissions Advisor supporting our national campus and university partnerships, you'll be the first real human touchpoint for prospective students who arrive through those channels — students who are often in an active decision-making moment, weighing real tradeoffs, and looking for someone they can trust to help them get it right. This is not an order-taker role. It's consultative, fast-paced, and goal-driven. You'll be working a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from partner campuses and universities, guiding prospective students through a structured admissions process, and building the kind of enrollment consistency that makes this program credible with our institutional partners. If you've got the drive to win, the discipline to stay organized across a big pipeline, and the genuine desire to help people make smart decisions about their futures, this is a role worth looking at closely. ## **What You'll Do** - Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads sourced from our campus and university partnerships, from initial inquiry through enrollment - Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, providing clear, honest guidance on programs, tuition, funding options, and admissions requirements - Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess each student's goals, readiness, and fit for ACI Tech Academy's programs - Set accurate expectations about what it takes to succeed in our fast-paced, certification-focused programs, with a direct impact on on-time graduation outcomes - Maintain thorough, accurate records of all student interactions and enrollment activity in our CRM, with consistent outreach cadence and follow-up discipline - Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity in all student and partner-facing interactions, in full alignment with ACI's core values - Participate in occasional evening or weekend events in support of prospective student engagement through campus and university partners ## **What You'll Need** ### Minimum qualifications: - 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a comparable consultative role - Strong work ethic, high energy, and self-motivation you can demonstrate from day one - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with consistent outreach expectations - CRM discipline and organizational habits that hold up under volume - Professional communication skills and personal accountability that don't require external management ### Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Prior experience advising or enrolling self-pay or consumer-financed students - Familiarity with VA Education Benefits and how they apply to non-traditional education programs - Background in higher education, admissions, or academic partnership environments ### **What We're Looking For** The best version of this person walks in ready to run. They're organized without being reminded, energetic without being told, and accountable in the quiet moments when no one's watching. They care about the student on the other end of the call, and that care shows up in how they listen, how they follow through, and how they handle a "not yet" without losing their footing. We can teach the specifics. The admissions process, program details, how to navigate financing conversations, how to ask better questions. What we can't teach is the hunger to get better, the discipline to stay consistent when the pipeline gets heavy, or the genuine desire to help someone make a decision that changes their trajectory. That part has to come with you. If you've been in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment before and you know what it feels like to own your outcomes, you'll find familiar ground here. If you're newer to this kind of work but bring coachability and the drive to close the gap quickly, we want to hear from you too. The thing that matters most is that you show up ready to learn, ready to move, and ready to be honest with students even when the honest answer is the harder one to give. At ACI Learning, we offer a competitive, experience-driven salary range that aligns with your qualifications and contributions. To that end, the posted salary range reflects our most reasonable assumption of pay for this position at the time of posting. Pay range $55,000—$70,000 USD ## **Why ACI Learning is Your Next Big Move** *For Full-Time, Benefits Eligible Positions* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—starting the 1st of the month after your hire date. Four weeks of paid parental or medical leave, so you can focus on what matters most. Flexible PTO policy, sick time, and eight paid holidays — because we believe in balance. 401(k) retirement plan so you can invest in your future from day one. One free course each year after 90 days — advancing your skills is part of the job. Tuition assistance to support your continued education and professional growth.
