We are the Island Private School of Limassol in Cyprus are seeking a passionate and experienced Admissions Officer with Russian & English We are also in the process of building our new school campus on a beautiful 50,000 m2 site which is to be completed approximately by the end of 2027 and will include kindergarten, elementary and high school, an international boarding school, and accommodation for teachers. Key Duties & Responsibilities Process Leadership: Organise and oversee the full, end-to-end admissions process across three distinct academic programs in alignment with School Admissions Policy. Journey Management: Guide families seamlessly through every stage of student entry—from initial enquiry and application to assessments, offers, and enrollment. Assessment Coordination: Conduct and coordinate student entrance exams and placement assessments both online and in person. School Ambassadorship: Organize and deliver engaging school tours, lead admissions meetings, and enthusiastically represent the school at Open Days and promotional events. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with academic faculty and the Learning Support team to facilitate appropriate student placements. Data-Driven Insight: Maintain accurate CRM records, track the applicant pipeline, and prepare weekly analytical reports on application conversion rates. Premium Care: Provide timely, professional communication via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions to uphold world-class customer service. Essential Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a distinct advantage). Languages: Native-level fluency or bilingual proficiency in Russian and English is an absolute prerequisite. Experience: Proven track record in admissions, enrolment management, or senior administrative roles within an educational setting. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret pipeline data, manage campus capacity models, and report performance metrics clearly. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, scheduling, and organizational skills, with the confidence to engage directly with parents, students, and senior executives. Tech Savvy: Highly literate in IT, including specialized school management systems, CRM platforms, and standard productivity tools. Bonus Skills/Experience Other languages like Ukrainian or Hebrew is a highly valued bonus! Working Conditions Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (maximum 8 hours per day).
