We need an Affiliates Marketing Manager to help grow and manage Pattern's affiliate programs across major online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart — building affiliate networks, running campaigns, and keeping brand partners informed on performance. It's a brand-facing role where you'll get to work with a wide range of well-known brands across industries like CPG, beauty, and wellness, so the work never gets stale even though the core process stays consistent. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi. ### What is a day in the life of an Affiliate Marketing Manager? - Research and reach out to potential affiliates and creators across marketplace platforms (Amazon, Walmart, and others) - Build, launch, and manage affiliate campaigns, including setting and monitoring budgets - Serve as a brand-facing point of contact, providing regular reporting, strategy, and program updates to partners - Monitor overall affiliate program health and budgets across marketplace retailers and proactively flag issues - Build and grow affiliate networks, crafting messaging and strategies to engage affiliates - Use affiliate platforms such as Levanta and Impact (or similar tools) to manage campaigns across retailers ### What will I need to thrive in this role? - 2-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or an agency setting - Hands-on experience with marketplace affiliate programs such as Amazon or Walmart - A clear understanding of how affiliate programs function: building affiliate networks, creating campaigns, and managing budgets - Strong executive and business presence, with the polish and terminology to represent Pattern directly to brand partners face-to-face - Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of brand accounts at once (agency experience managing 40+ accounts is a plus) - Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Levanta or Impact is a bonus, though not required — these are learnable on the job - Background in CPG, pharmaceuticals, vitamins/minerals/supplements, or beauty is a plus (not required) - Background in Amazon advertising a plus ### What does high performance look like? - You build strong, trusted relationships with your brand partners and are seen as a reliable point of contact - You independently manage a large, varied portfolio of brands and proactively monitor and resolve program health issues - Some examples might include these: - You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner - Ability to work cross functionally between both internal and external teams - You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given - You will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completion ### What is the team like? You will work alongside other members of the Marketplaces team, and be managed by our Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members. ### Sounds great! What’s the company culture? We are looking for individuals who are: - Game Changers- A game changer is someone who looks at problems with an open mind and shares new ideas with team members, regularly reassesses existing plans and attaches a realistic timeline to goals, makes profitable, productive, and innovative contributions, and actively pursues improvements to Pattern’s processes and outcomes. - Data Fanatics- A data fanatic is someone who recognizes problems and seeks to understand them through data, draws unbiased conclusions based on data that lead to actionable solutions, and continues to track the effects of the solutions using data. - Partner Obsessed- An individual who is partner obsessed clearly explains the status of projects to partners and relies on constructive feedback, actively listens to partner’s expectations, and delivers results that exceed them, prioritizes the needs of your partners, and takes the time to create a personable experience for those interacting with Pattern. - Team of Doers- Someone who is a part of a team of doers uplifts team members and recognizes their specific contributions, takes initiative to help in any circumstance, actively contributes to supporting improvements, and holds themselves accountable to the team as well as to partners. ### What is the hiring process? - Initial phone screen with Pattern's talent acquisition team - Screening interview focused on general marketplace understanding and business acumen - Topgrading interview with the hiring manager - Final round and professional - Reference Checks - Executive approval - Offer ### How can I stand out as an applicant? - Speak specifically to your experience with marketplace affiliate programs (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) — not just social/creator platforms - Share data or examples of managing a high volume of brand or client accounts at once - Highlight your business acumen and comfort presenting directly to brand partners/clients - Mention any experience with CPG, pharma, vitamins/supplements, or beauty brands, or with affiliate platforms like Levanta or Impact
