This role promotes creativity, physical activity, and self-expression while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement. The Dance Specialist serves as a positive role model, creating an inclusive and supportive environment that reflects the organization’s core values of positivity, empathy, commitment, ambition, and inclusivity. Depending on your availability and skill set, you can expect to work between 10 to 15 hours per week, earning a competitive hourly rate.
