AI Governance Specialist - GenAI Guardrails

About the role We are looking for an AI Governance Specialist with experience in implementing governance frameworks and guardrails for Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The candidate will help ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, responsible, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Design and implement guardrails for GenAI applications, including:

Required Skills

Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Understanding of Responsible AI and AI Governance principles.

Knowledge of AI risks, model governance, and AI security controls

Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI.

Understanding of frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GDPR, or similar governance standards.

Preferred Background

4-10 years of experience in AI Governance, Technology Risk, AI Security, Data Governance, Model Risk, or GenAI implementation.

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or governance frameworks are an advantage.
