Project Role : AI / ML Engineer Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Must have skills : Data Science Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Full Stack Engineer – AI / Agentic Systems Experience: 6–8 years Location: India Role Summary Design, build, and ship production full-stack applications with embedded agentic AI and LLM-powered features — from modern front-ends through Python/Node back-ends — deployed on cloud infrastructure. Partner with architecture/AI leads to operationalize multi-agent workflows and retrieval-augmented features into secure, scalable, enterprise-ready products. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain full-stack applications (React/Next.js front-end Python or Node.js back-end) that expose agentic AI and LLM-powered features to end users Integrate agentic AI orchestration (e.g., CrewAI or equivalent) for automated validation, evaluation, and workflow-automation use cases Build and consume RAG pipelines — embedding generation, vector search, and context construction — to ground LLM features in enterprise data Design and ship RESTful/microservice APIs with authentication, RBAC, and API-gateway patterns for multi-tenant enterprise products Implement queue-based, asynchronous processing for high-concurrency workloads Integrate real-time voice and avatar capabilities into interactive application experiences Own data-layer design across relational and NoSQL stores — schema design, indexing, query optimization Deploy and operate containerized applications on cloud infrastructure Apply enterprise security practices — encryption, secrets management, SSO, audit logging Build internal automation tooling to remove manual effort Use AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate delivery Contribute reusable IP and technical innovation from product work Required Skills & Experience 6+ years professional software engineering, including full-stack delivery Frontend: React, Next.js/Vite, HTML5/CSS3, Tailwind CSS or an equivalent component library Backend: Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and/or Node.js/Express strong API design and microservices experience Hands-on experience integrating agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI or equivalent) into production applications, including tool/function calling and multi-step orchestration Working knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG patterns — embeddings, vector search, and context construction for LLM-backed features Comfort working across multiple LLM providers (proprietary and open-source), selecting and integrating the right model for a given feature Cloud & DevOps: containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Hands-on depth with Azure integration and compute services — Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure AI Foundry — or equivalent AWS/GCP automation and serverless stacks Databases: PostgreSQL plus at least one of MySQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Experience shipping production APIs with authentication/RBAC and multi-tenant design Preferred Familiarity with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) or knowledge-graph-backed application patterns Production deployment experience across multiple major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP) — spanning AI/ML services, managed databases, and serverless compute CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) Real-time conversational voice or avatar integration experience Exposure to sensitive-data handling (PII/PHI detection, compliance-driven workflows) Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or equivalent) UI/UX familiarity (Figma) Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) MCA/M.Tech a plus 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
