AI / ML Engineer Lead

About the Role 📍 Mexico City, Mexico (100% Onsite) In Accenture, the hearth of change, we are looking for an AI/ML Engineering Lead with strong Full Stack development expertise and hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions for one of the world's leading insurance companies. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership capabilities with deep expertise across modern application development, from frontend user experiences to backend services and AI model integration in production environments. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead AI Engineering and software development teams. Define architecture decisions, technical standards, and development best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders. Drive delivery of scalable and high-quality AI-powered solutions. Generative AI & Agentic AI Design and implement solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). Build intelligent agents using Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture. Develop Agent Orchestration strategies for complex business processes. Integrate reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities into autonomous AI agents. Full Stack Development Develop modern enterprise web applications. Design APIs and microservices for AI-powered platforms. Integrate front-end applications with Generative AI services. Build secure, scalable cloud-based architectures. Required Technical Skills Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineering Large Language Models (GPT, Claude) Generative AI Agentic AI Architecture Agent Orchestration Foundation Models AI Governance & Responsible AI Backend Python REST APIs FastAPI Node.js Microservices Architecture Event-Driven Architecture Frontend React TypeScript Angular or Next.js Modern UI Frameworks Data PostgreSQL SQL Queries Database Architecture Cloud & DevOps Azure AI Services Azure Functions CI/CD Practices Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI-powered enterprise solutions. Technical leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams. English Level Intermediate (B1/B2) required.
