Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluency in Finnish and English. What we offer: A technically strong and collaborative community: You’ll work with experienced AI, data, and software professionals who value knowledge sharing, autonomy, and peer support. Opportunities to lead and influence: You’ll shape AI architectures, guide teams, and influence how AI is delivered across industries and clients. Real-world impact, not just experiments: You’ll help deliver AI solutions that scale, integrate into real processes, and create measurable business value. Practical benefits: Flexible hybrid work, well-being support, hobby clubs, family-friendly services like daycare support for sick children, and a company share option program. A company with a mission: You’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape how AI is built and used in a leading IT service company. Mental well-being at the core: We know that thriving at work requires more than technical skills. That’s why we offer support through services like Focus Tiger, provide in-house coaching, and ensure that all our leaders have completed Brain-Friendly Leadership training with the NeuroLeadership Institute. You’ll have access to tools and support that help you take care of your mind as well as your career – because real impact starts with well-being. A culture shaped by Joy, Ambition, Responsibility, and a Humane touch: At Siili, meaningful work, psychological safety, and responsible action are the foundation for sustainable success. At Siili, you’re not just designing AI systems. You’re shaping how AI becomes real – in production, at scale, with impact. Make AI Real.
