AI Product Manager (Agentic Platform)

Job description

The Role We're turning Scaleo from a tracking platform into agentic software for partner marketing - agents that monitor, decide and act on behalf of our customers. You own that on the product side. Think agents that optimise offers, flag fraud, generate reports, surface the best partners, and suggest the next action to an affiliate manager. Plus the agentic layer that connects Scaleo to the tools our customers already use - MCP, tool use, natural-language access to data. The first AI features ship this autumn with design partners. You take it from there. Core tracking has its own owner - you build the AI layer on top. We set the direction. Every decision inside the AI track is yours. Success is how many customers use AI every week - not how many agents we ship. About Scaleo Scaleo powers affiliate programs for iGaming operators and networks globally, with customers across Europe, the UK, the US, Asia and Australia. A lean team of ~40, heading towards an AI-native partnership platform - AI does the heavy lifting, humans focus on strategy and relationships.
