AI Transformation Lead

***Job Responsibilities in a nutshell:*** - Develop strategies for the deployment and use of AI within the company. - Track the use of AI for personal productivity and use it to evangelize to others inside and outside of the company, showing that we use AI effectively. - Work to establish policy for the safe use of AI for developers and citizen developers. - Establish lightweight processes to evaluate new AI tools coming into the company for suitability of purpose and corporate standards, including security standards. - Work with other product managers to embed AI features into existing and new products. - Develop training programs for staff on effective and safe usage of AI tools. **Capabilities** ***Essential Qualifications*** - *Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field**Minimum 4 years of experience operating as a product manager, technical evangelist, or in a similar strategic technology role.* - *Demonstrated ability to advocate for new technologies and drive organizational change and adoption.* - *Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively evangelize AI usage both internally to staff and externally to clients/partners.* - *Experience in developing cross-functional policies and training programs**Proven experience in researching new technologies and techniques for applying technology* - *Experience in engaging with Senior Management to gain consensus and sponsorship for key initiatives* - *As this role is regional in nature, strong command of written and spoken English is required. Good command of the Thai language is a strong plus.* ***Technical & Industry Knowledge*** - *Deep understanding of current AI tools, generative AI technologies, agent systems, and emerging ecosystem trends.* - *Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and ethical considerations surrounding corporate AI deployment.* - *Ability to establish evaluation frameworks and lightweight governance processes for new technology adoption.* - *Familiarity with the software development lifecycle to effectively collaborate with developers and technical product managers.*
