For our office in Zagreb, Croatia, we are looking for **AIR CARGO OPERATIONS SPECIALIST** Cargo-partner is looking for experienced specialist for air cargo to join our successful team here in Zagreb! Do you have experience in air forwarding or you graduated recently but have a strong motivation to learn from our experts? Do you speak both Croatian and English? If you answered yes, you might be a person we are looking for! ### Responsibilities - Planning, organization and execution of Air Cargo Transports worldwide - Handling of air freight consignments incl. invoicing, calculation and quotation - Handling customers inquiries - Complaints and claims processing - Cooperation and negotiating with our partners at national and international level - Communication with airlines, suppliers, customers, colleagues and business partners worldwide - Handling import shipments for internal and agent routed business - Managing work flow, monitor shipment profitability - Advising and reporting Air Product Manager - Opening files within our tracking system - Support and cooperation with sales team as needed ### We offer - Challenging projects - Taking responsibility - Working for economically steady company - Positive, international work environment - Further education, mentoring in case of hiring after graduation - Quick decision making due to a flat hierarchy - Performance oriented salary, X-mas bonus, vacation money, meal and travel allowance ### Ideal qualifications and characteristics - Commercial education / Education in freight forwarding - 1-3 years of previous experience on similar positions (as advantage) - Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Fluent English is necessary - Team player with commercial thinking ability - Responsible, organized, taking initiative - Strong ability to Multi-task and Plan - Detailed with Data Entry Skills
