Air Freight Operator

Subtitle We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Operator to join our team at GW Montreal. This role is ideal for motivated logitics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling both air import and export operations independently. Your profile Minimum 3 years of operational experience in air freight forwarding Strong working knowledge of both imports and exports Ability to work independently in a high-volume, high-energy environment Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & French required) Experience with CargoWise One and Microsoft Office is a strong asset Dangerous Goods (DG) certification and/or CIFFA certification an asset Your Duties Coordinate and manage air import and export shipments from origin to final delivery Process air freight documentation accurately and in a timely manner Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, airlines, and overseas agents Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time performance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures Negotiate rates and select the most efficient and cost effective routing solutions Maintain shipment data, financial accuracy and quality standards Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities What we offer Do you want to make the right progress in your career or would you prefer to put yourself regionally into effect?
