Job description
Manage air import shipments from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Accurately process shipment documentation and maintain records within internal systems. Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly. Liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, transport providers and overseas offices to ensure excellent customer service. Arrange customs documentation and ensure timely delivery of freight. Prepare accurate customer and supplier invoicing. Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements and relevant industry regulations. Work towards departmental KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and continuous learning.
