Mechanical Engineering – CAD design (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks), structural analysis, thermodynamics, automotive & aerospace design. Electrical & Electronic Engineering – PCB design, circuit development, FPGA, microcontrollers, power electronics. Systems Engineering – Requirements management, DOORS, V-model, verification & validation, system integration. Control & Automation – MATLAB/Simulink, model-based design, control systems. Any Alten employee with a personal connection to the candidate can make a referral, provided that: The candidate is not already in our Recruitment Team’s database (the creation date will be used as proof). 💷 Referral bonus – how it works To thank you for your support: You will receive a referral bonus for every engineer hired on a permanent contract , once they have successfully completed their first month at Alten.
