Aluminum Shop Fabricator Company: RL James Location: Bradenton-Sarasota, FL Hourly rate: $18 - $23 per hour RL James, Inc. is seeking a dependable Aluminum Shop Fabricator to join our team in Bradenton/Sarasota area. This is a hands-on position that requires standing for most of the day while cutting, drilling, measuring, and assembling aluminum components. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminum components Operate shop tools and fabrication equipment safely Read work orders and accurately follow measurements Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently while meeting quality standards Follow all company safety procedures Requirements Aluminum fabrication or construction experience is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right person. Ability to stand for most of the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, saws, and drills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
