Job description

- To perform Cards & Unsecured Lending exception case by channel request, including static data change. - To perform card re-issue , cash advance PIN generation and mailing. - To perform Cards & Unsecured Lending related DDA utility, autopay setup processes. - Communicate with outside vendors for card embossing / reconciliation . - Support Cards & Unsecured Lending end2end UAT testing, LV, data verification and result validation before project go liv.
