Join us as a AM/DM - Human Resources Your main responsibilities Business Partner - Human Resources The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement. While the role demands strategic mindset and consultative skills, he/ she should also have good amount of execution focus. The Human Resources function, its systems, tools and processes are in place to support effectively the business and to guarantee fair treatment of employees. Key responsibilities include: 1. Strategic Partnering • Align HR strategies with business goals. • Participate in strategic planning to ensure HR capabilities support business needs. • Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. 2. Talent Management • Support talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning. • Facilitate succession planning and leadership development. • Partner with managers on employee development and performance improvement plans. 3. HR Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making • Use HR analytics and metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores) to guide recommendations. • Monitor and report on HR KPIs to leadership. 4 . Employee Relations • Serve as a mediator between employees and management. • Resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure legal compliance. • Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement. 5. Performance and Development • Guide performance management processes and ensure fairness and consistency. • Identify training needs and help design development programs. 6. Change Management • Act as a change agent during organizational transformation. • Help manage communication and engagement during restructures, business change, or policy shifts 7. Policy and Compliance • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. • Update leaders and teams on policy changes and best practices 8. Talent Acquisition Support Partner with hiring managers and TA team to fulfill manpower requirements. Improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill positions. Ensure robust succession pipelines for critical roles. What you bring Expertise Desired experience in Human Resource- Business Partnering for at least 8+ years. Knowledge and Skills Strong business acumen Data analysis and HRIS proficiency Strategic thinking and problem-solving Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Empathy and interpersonal sensitivity HR expertise across multiple functions (recruitment, learning, employee relations, etc.) Education Master’s in business administration or Human Resources Location Mumbai What’s in it for you?
