What You'll Do Support AML governance initiatives, risk assessments, and program oversight activities. Analyze data, trends, and key risk indicators to support management reporting. Research emerging financial crime risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends. Assist with AML policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance reporting and risk insights. Collaborate with teams across Compliance, Risk Management, and the business. What You'll Learn AML/ATF regulations and industry practices. Governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Enterprise risk assessments and control oversight. Executive reporting and risk analytics. Financial crime typologies, emerging risks, and AI applications in compliance. What We're Looking For Students pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, Criminology, Law, Public Policy, or a related field. Curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition to competitive pay, we offer: Career growth opportunities and product discounts Broadband Salary Range : $23.00– $37.00. Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 and $30.00 CAD Hourly.
