Analog engineer: Senior staff engineer / Staff engineer

Job description

• Define System Architecture of array readout circuit based on product features and performance requirements. • Work closely with digital, layout, process, evaluation engineers to debug, optimize performance of image sensors and successfully bring new products from initial concept through mass production. • Perform the block level and transistor level design and optimization of sensor array readout circuit. • Simulates analog circuits to ensure that performance, noise, timing and power requirements. • New circuit R&D to be ahead of current technology. • Instruct less experienced engineers when necessary. • 5+ years experience with Analog design and verification • Experience as a designer to develop Analog System on silicon • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Experience on project leader for Analog system is a plus • Experience / knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor is a plus • Experience on evaluation for CMOS Image Sensor is a plus ・Result oriented and embraced change behaviors ・People management skill / experience or Project management skill is a plus • BS in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
