Job Description Responsibilities This is a regional Treasury Sales Associate role, assisting the Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in managing a portfolio of the subsidiaries of US HQ-ed Commercial Banking clients based in Japan Work closely with the Japan treasury sales team, the regional APAC treasury sales team, and the GCB Japan banking team to deliver solutions to our clients Assist TSOs in preparing material related to client engagement, pitches and presentations Assist TSOs in preparing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) Undertake reporting and analysis work for the team as needed Coordinate with implementation and service teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction Completion of ad-hoc projects related to the Global Commercial Banking business, or the larger Global Payments Solutions organization Requirements Keen attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese Strong presentation skills Strong inter-personal and organizational skills Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships Strong financial skills Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business A team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to drive business growth and support global client management and sales teams Strong OA and AI skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Salesforce, etc) Desired Skills: B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree Relevant cash and trade sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions International Cash Management, Card Solutions, and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience Inclusive and Inspiring: Seeking motivating team players who value collaboration, hard work, and celebrating shared success Authentic and Passionate: Seeking highly engaged teammates whose intensity and intentions align with the work we are doing for our clients and in our communities Innovative and Curious: Seeking teammates with out-of-the box ideas and solutions, who embrace change with a future-forward mindset, and are looking to challenge the status quo Confident and Agile: Seeking strong, clear communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, act decisively while being flexible and continuing to learn in the role Skills: Portfolio Analysis Client Management Customer and Client Focus Critical Thinking Presentation Skills Relationship Building Collaboration Oral Communications Prioritization
