**Analyst, Finance** ### Job requirements **Experience Range:** With at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in finance analysis, business operations, and vendor management, ideally progressing to 4 years in increasingly complex roles **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze financial data to identify actionable trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement within business operations - Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure scope accuracy and timely deliverables - Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and resolving operational issues to drive efficiency - Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives - Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual obligations - Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries related to business operations and vendor agreements **Required Skills:** - Financial modeling using Excel - SOW management and scope tracking - Vendor management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) - Business process optimization in finance operations - Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) - Financial reporting software - Contract management platforms - ERP systems (Netsuite (must), SAP, Oracle) **Preferred Skills:** - Risk management in vendor relationships - Automation tools for finance operations (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx) - Knowledge of regulatory compliance in finance - Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) **Desired Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Certification in financial analysis (such as CFA Level 1) or vendor management (such as CIPS) - Certification in business operations or project management (such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
