# Job Description ## Objective Support the disciplined execution of key FP&A operational processes for the center, ensuring timely follow-up on expenses, travel, open PO’s, monthly closing activities, and reporting deliverables. The role provides accurate financial and operational visibility to stakeholders and helps sustain an efficient, well-controlled operation. ## Key Activities 1. Support annual planning, forecasts, and monthly outlook processes. 2. Monitor travel-related movements and expenses, ensuring proper tracking and regular reviews with stakeholders. 3. Analyse actual results versus forecast and budget, identifying key drivers and risks. 4. Follow up on monthly open PO’s, ensuring timely progress and proper process execution with the responsible stakeholders. 5. Execute closing routines in the team’s Excel models, including SAP data downloads and validation of correct report processing. 6. Make required reporting adjustments and updates needed to preserve data integrity. 7. Support follow-up and control of CAPEX-related projects. ## KPIs / Dimensions of This Role ### Financial - Forecast accuracy vs actuals. - Timeliness and accuracy of monthly closing activities. - Travel and expense control adherence vs budget. ### Function-related - Timely follow-up and resolution of open PO’s. - Accuracy and reliability of Excel-based reports and models. - On-time execution of recurring FP&A operational deliverables. ## Key Relationships ### Internal - Tower leads - PO’s stakeholders - Package owners - Controlling - Procurement ### External - Audit ## Skills / Competencies ### Competencies (Experiences / Education) - 3+ years of relevant experience. - Intermediate English. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. ### Skills (Knowledge / Capabilities) - ERP System (SAP). - Excel. - Desirable: Power BI. ### Aptitudes - Accountability. - Teamwork. - Sense of urgency. - Proactivity. - Organization and time management. - Attention to detail.
