If you set high expectations for yourself, are highly analytical, and motivated, we invite you to consider this unique opportunity. ## Position Overview We are seeking an Analyst, Options to join our team in a combined trader and analyst role. This individual will be responsible for the management and implementation of option investment strategies, as well as the monitoring and trading of client accounts. ## Key Responsibilities ### Investment Analysis - Conduct research on portfolio holdings, staying current on stock-specific news and events. - Manage customized client portfolios in line with investment objectives. - Research and develop tailored investment solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. ### Trading - Implement investment action decisions as part of the portfolio team. - Monitor account positions daily and ensure allocations align with client goals. - Generate and execute trades at the account level, investing new accounts and liquidating terminated ones. - Rebalance accounts in response to contributions or withdrawals. - Execute trades across multiple asset classes, with a focus on options and equities. - Ensure timely and accurate trade execution throughout the day, as directed by Advisors. - Continuously evaluate and enhance trading processes and procedures to improve efficiency and execution quality. ### Communication - Effectively communicate investment solutions and recommendations to advisors, supporting their efforts to serve clients. - Provide clear analysis on client accounts and rationale for portfolio management decisions. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting required; graduate degree and/or CFA or other relevant professional designation preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in investments or financial analysis. - General understanding of common options trading strategies. - Experience using Bloomberg, Orion, Moxy, or other order/trade management systems preferred. - Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
