Job description

As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers based on the organization's needs. You analyze and diagnose issues related to controls, quality assurance and large-scale deliveries and rollouts. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You recommend implementation plans. You actively help establish and implement multiple quality assurance strategies for business solutions in a large-scale and highly complex focus area. Your projects and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You direct and guide work to meet objectives. You help solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed, comprehensive understanding of your line of business and organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. You lead and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners. More specifically, you will be required to: Help clients define their needs. Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to inform decision-making on IT solutions and best practices for quality assurance and application development Develop complex quality assurance execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines Analyze risks. Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations.
