As a **Manager, Business Intelligence**, you will serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, leading the development of reporting deliverables, supporting data and reporting architecture, and ensuring the quality and continuity of analytical workstreams. Key responsibilities include:
- Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of **dashboards and data visualizations**, ensuring their accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery.
- Produce recurring **weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports** using tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, and Looker**.
- Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform rigorous **data hygiene, quality control, and validation**.
- Lead daily and weekly **data quality assurance**, investigating discrepancies and protecting the integrity of all reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with established **data governance, taxonomy, and documentation requirements**.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to **integrate new data sources and reporting requirements**, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.
- Support the collection and quality assurance of **partner-provided performance data**.
- Maintain clear and current documentation of **data processes, business logic, and workflows** to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Manage project timelines and reporting schedules, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Research platform capabilities and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve **data quality, operational efficiency, and the feasibility of new reporting requests**.
- Facilitate **data and reporting architecture discussions** to ensure reporting products are optimally deployed, reliable, and accessible.
- When required, design, build, and deploy **ETL and data management processes** with appropriate error handling, exception management, and rollback procedures.
- Provide production support for data loads and automate recurring reporting through custom **SQL and Python queries or scripts**.
- **Supervise, train, mentor, and develop analysts**, including providing oversight and support to offshore Senior Associates.
**Skills and Experience**
- **5+ years of professional experience** in Analytics or Business Intelligence, working with large and complex datasets, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Power BI**; knowledge of **Tableau or Looker** is highly desirable.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; experience with **statistics or data modeling** is a plus.
- Experience working with **digital media data**, including Google Campaign Manager/CM360, major digital and social platforms, and web analytics tools such as **Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and complex data manipulation.
- Experience with **SQL, Python, or R** is a plus; knowledge of tag management or application coding is also desirable.
- Understanding of common media metrics and buying models, including **CPV, VCR, and GRP**, and how they connect to business outcomes.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day workstreams within large analytical projects with limited guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when collaborating across **offshore and onshore teams**.
- Availability for a **minimum three-hour morning overlap with New York**, working within EST or CST time zones; up to six hours of overlap is preferred.
- Previous experience working directly with **US-based teams** is highly desirable.
- Proven experience **managing, mentoring, and developing junior team members**.
