The peritoneal dialysis unit, one of just 91 in the United States, is recognized nationally. PRIME St. Mary’s Kankakee has a state-of-the-art Family Birthing Center dedicated to expectant and new parents. Working together in a collegial environment, the anesthesia team provides services for five or six operating rooms daily. These clinicians include three anesthesiologists and seven CRNAs working in our care team model. This care team model means that we focus on ensuring everyone has a voice while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence. Total Rewards Salary: $625K Sign on Incentive: $75K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off: 17 weeks PTO • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Position includes call • Ortho, GI, Urology, OB, Ophthalmology and General Surgery Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Prime St Marys Hospital, $625K, $75K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
