In dieser Rolle trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, unser innovatives Konzept in die Praxis umzusetzen. Du entwickelst und verifizierst Konzepte für unser innovatives Modell der Kreislaufwirtschaft und setzt dabei auf innovative Verfahren zur Energie-, Ablauf- und Layoutoptimierung für nachhaltige und regenerative Lösungen. Prozesse denkst Du ganzheitlich vom Wareneingang bis zum Warenausgang und gestaltest die Nahtstellen zu Technik, Einkauf und Automatisierung aktiv mit. Wir zählen auf Dich und Deine Einsatzfreude, wenn es darum geht, mit Innovationsgeist und Kreativität neue Technologien zu integrieren und sich mit einem hohen Maß an Kooperationsfähigkeit in eine Spezialist:innen-Rolle zu entwickeln.
Planung und Layoutierung von standardisierten Anlagen für industrielle Insektenmast
Auslegung von Prozessketten vom Rohwareneingang über Fütterung, Mastbereiche und Weiterverarbeitung bis hin zur Lagerung
Erstellung von Layoutplänen, Fließbildern und technischen Spezifikationen als Grundlage für Angebote und Investitionsentscheidungen
Technische Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der Verkaufsphase über Basic- und Detailplanung bis zur Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Modularisierung von zentralen Baugruppen
Mitgestaltung der Schnittstelle zu angrenzenden Fachbereichen (z.B. Einkauf, Automatisierung, Service, Qualität)
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI) in Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Energietechnik o.ä.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in 3D-CAD (z.B. Inventor, SolidWorks) und gängigen Engineering-Tools
Erfahrung in der technischen Auslegung, Konstruktion und Optimierung im industriellen Anlagenbau bzw. von Produktionssystemen
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Energieflüsse, Prozesse und Layoutentwicklung in Produktions- oder Verfahrenstechnik
Fähigkeit zur Dokumentation nach technischen Standards sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache
Analysefähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung und Eigeninitiative

In this role, you play a crucial role in implementing our innovative concept into practice. You develop and verify concepts for our insect production, focusing on innovative methods for energy, process, and layout optimization for sustainable and regenerative solutions. You think holistically about processes from goods receipt to goods issue and actively shape the interfaces to technology, procurement, and automation. We rely on you and your enthusiasm when it comes to integrating new technologies with innovation and creativity and developing into a specialist role with a high level of cooperation.
Planning and layout design of standardized facilities for industrial insect farming
Design of process chains from raw material input through feeding, farming areas, and further processing to storage
Creation of layout plans, flow diagrams, and technical specifications as a basis for offers and investment decisions
Technical support of customer projects from the sales phase through basic and detailed planning to construction and commissioning
Continuous development and modularization of central components
Shaping the interface to adjacent departments (e.g. procurement, automation, service, quality)
Completed education (HTL, FH, UNI) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, energy technology, or similar
Sound knowledge of 3D-CAD (e.g. Inventor, SolidWorks) and common engineering tools
Experience in technical design, construction, and optimization in industrial plant engineering or production systems
Strong understanding of energy flows, processes, and layout development in production or process engineering
Ability to document according to technical standards in both German and English
Analytical skills, results orientation, and initiative
