The **Application Support Engineer** is responsible for providing first-level application support, resolving straightforward technical issues, assisting with support processes, and helping ensure stable operation of internal and customer-facing systems. This role is suitable for candidates who are at the beginning of their IT career and are eager to develop technical, analytical, and customer support skills. The position requires the ability to work with support tools, follow established procedures, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and learn the business context behind supported applications. **Work schedule:** Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
