Its operations are supported by manufacturing facilities, including in Malaysia, and it actively competes with Chinese producers by exploring innovations in ingredients and production processes to maintain competitiveness in pricing and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-application formulations, generate new product concepts and application ideasPrepare prototypes and samples for customer evaluationCollaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored application solutionsSupport customer visits, application workshops, trade shows, and exhibitionsMaintain application laboratory equipment and facilities; adhere to food safety, hygiene and laboratory best practicesPerform other business development-related duties as assignedRequirementsDiploma, Professional Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Food Science, or a related field5 or more years of hands-on experience in food ingredient application development, R&D, or technical serviceAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and documentation skillsGood command of written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-application formulations, generate new product concepts and application ideas
- Prepare prototypes and samples for customer evaluation
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored application solutions
- Support customer visits, application workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Maintain application laboratory equipment and facilities; adhere to food safety, hygiene and laboratory best practices
- Perform other business development-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma, Professional Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Food Science, or a related field
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience in food ingredient application development, R&D, or technical service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
