Appointment Setter

Job description

**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Remote Appointment Setter based in United States.** As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will help drive business growth by connecting with homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement services and turning qualified leads into scheduled appointments. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, answer initial questions, and book appointments that connect them with service providers. This fully remote, full-time opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy communicating with people, working toward measurable goals, and developing their sales skills. You will receive structured paid training, ongoing coaching, and a clear performance-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential. Regular performance reviews provide opportunities to strengthen your skills and progress into leadership positions. Join a collaborative, multicultural, results-driven environment where your initiative, consistency, and willingness to learn can help shape a long-term sales career. ### Accountabilities: - Respond to warm inbound leads from homeowners who have requested information or quotations for home improvement services, including windows, roofing, bathrooms, and flooring. - Contact prospective customers by phone, build rapport, identify their needs, and guide them toward scheduling a suitable appointment. - Convert customer interest into qualified bookings by following established sales processes, communication guidelines, and appointment-setting procedures. - Confirm appointment details, ensure information is accurately recorded, and help maximize appointment quality and attendance. - Manage daily performance metrics and take ownership of individual results, focusing on qualified appointments and booking effectiveness. - Maintain professional, engaging conversations while adapting communication techniques to different customer needs and situations. - Participate in structured training sessions, live-call coaching, and regular feedback discussions to improve communication, sales techniques, and overall performance. - Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to address challenges, share insights, and implement recommendations that improve results. - Maintain reliable attendance and availability across assigned shifts, including Saturday availability and coverage during busy calling periods. - Participate in performance reviews every 90 days, evaluate progress against objectives, and establish development goals for continued growth. - Demonstrate accountability, curiosity, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced, performance-oriented remote sales environment. ## Requirements: - Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with prospective customers. - Strong interpersonal and listening skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide conversations toward a clear outcome. - A proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take responsibility for results and work toward measurable performance targets. - The ability to learn and apply structured sales processes, follow coaching, and adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities. - Comfort spending approximately four to six hours per day on the phone and engaging in frequent customer conversations. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when recording customer information, scheduling appointments, and confirming booking details. - Resilience and persistence when handling different customer responses, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the day. - No previous sales experience is required. Candidates from customer service, retail, call centers, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. - A reliable computer, headset, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet home workspace suitable for professional phone calls. - Availability to work full-time, generally 40 hours per week, with schedules assigned within the operating window of 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Eastern Time and availability on Saturdays. Actual shifts depend on operational requirements and country-specific arrangements. - Legal eligibility to work from Canada and the ability to perform the role remotely from an eligible location. - An interest in developing a sales career, improving performance over time, and potentially progressing into team leadership or other higher-responsibility positions. ## Benefits: - **Paid training:** Earn USD 16 per hour during the first two weeks of training. - **Performance-based compensation:** After training, earn USD 8 per booking, with commission-based earnings that have no stated cap. - **Weekly pay:** Receive compensation weekly, with post-training earnings determined by booking performance. - **Fully remote work:** Work from home in United States, with no daily commute. - **Warm inbound leads:** Connect with homeowners who have already requested information or a quotation, rather than relying on purchased leads or traditional cold calling. - **Structured onboarding and coaching:** Benefit from a clear sales playbook, hands-on training, live-call support, and ongoing feedback from experienced team leaders. - **Regular performance reviews:** Participate in reviews every 90 days to assess results, identify development opportunities, and discuss potential advancement. - **Career progression:** Access a structured promotion pathway, including opportunities to advance into Business Growth Specialist (BGS) leadership roles based on performance and readiness. - **Merit-based advancement:** Progression is linked to demonstrated results, consistent performance, and leadership potential rather than tenure alone. - **International and collaborative environment:** Work with a distributed team focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
