You will participate in a rewarding 12 - 24 month apprenticeship where you will go through an extensive and structured learning program for roofing and repairs. After the apprenticeship ends, apprentices will graduate with a Bone Dry Department of Labor Approved Roofing Certificate and a full-time "**Roofing Repair Technician**" position with Bone Dry. We're not a franchise; we're a family-owned and operated business with 19 locations and 550+ employees. ### Duties and Responsibilities - Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service. - Complete online trainings and modules as assigned - Participate in job shadowings - Participate in station trainings onsite - Perform trainings learned through stations and job shadowing - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned ### Qualifications - Valid driver's license - High School diploma - Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics ### Compensation & Benefits - Start at $17.50/hour with incremental raises until graduation - Medical, vision, and dental insurance available - Company paid life insurance - Company paid short term disability - 401(k) plan - PTO, Vacation, and Holidays paid - Company Truck, Fuel and Phone provided for work
