Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architectural Inspector to oversee the supervision of villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural work meets established standards, building codes, and project specifications. You will serve as a critical quality control point throughout the construction process, conducting thorough inspections and providing professional oversight to guarantee compliance and excellence. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive architectural inspections of villa construction projects at various stages, from foundation to completion Verify compliance with UAE building codes, architectural standards, and project specifications Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to approved architectural plans and designs Document inspection findings through detailed reports and photographic evidence Identify deficiencies, non-conformances, and areas requiring corrective action Communicate inspection results and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and stakeholders Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve design and construction issues Maintain accurate records of all inspections, approvals, and corrective actions Ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed on-site Provide professional guidance on architectural standards and best practices Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural inspection or villa construction supervision In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and architectural standards Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications Familiarity with CAD software and digital inspection tools Strong understanding of construction methodologies and villa construction processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities Ability to make sound professional judgments and decisions Proficiency in report writing and documentation Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures Professional certification in architectural inspection or construction management (preferred) Experience with inspection management software (preferred) Additional Information At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
