**Job Location:** Kano North, Kano State. **About the role:** The Area Phone Business Manager will drive PayGo phone sales and manage a network of commission-based agents within a defined area. The role owns agent recruitment, training, and assist; daily sales delivery; repayment quality; and inventory discipline; translating the phone business strategy into on-the-ground results in a fast-paced, device financing market. Success requires your ability to influence and convert the Area's Sun King agent network into a productive phone-selling strength, field execution, deep local market insight (urban and rural), and disciplined use of data.
