Job Description: Responsible for achieving the monthly target Customer data master accuracy Active Outlet Ensure the selling step walk by FSR Proximity relationship with the customer Monitor service level GT and LMT Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry. Experience in leading and managing a sales team is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels. Understanding of sales KPIs, sales processes, and route-to-market operations.
