CNC Equipment Operator Arkansas · Paid Training Provided Join a precision-driven fabrication team operating industry-leading CNC equipment. You'll work hands-on with advanced machinery, ensure quality at every step, and build real expertise through a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities. What you'll do Set up and operate CNC equipment — Saws, Drills, Peddiwriters, and Camber machines — with precision and confidence Load and unload raw materials, maintaining uninterrupted production flow Perform continuous quality checks against detailed blueprints and engineering drawings Uphold strict safety and accuracy standards on every shift Paid training program Selected candidates receive fully company-funded training — hands-on time our fabrication plants in Texas and Oklahoma. Required Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols Willingness to travel during the initial training period Preferred Experience in manufacturing or structural steel fabrication Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Prior CNC machine operation No CNC experience?
