Assembly Associate Location: New Castle, IN Pay: $14.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring Assembly Associates to join a leading automotive manufacturing team in New Castle, IN. In this role, you will assemble automotive parts in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and quality standards. Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment. Inspect parts for quality and identify defects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
