Job Title: Assembly B - 2nd shift Job Code: 43775 Job Location: Tempe, AZ Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: The Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to inspect image intensive tubes to ensure that they meet all specifications and quality standards. This role requires the ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment while assembling and inspecting night‑vision components according to established criteria and documented procedures. Collected data will support production flow and compliance assurance for image tube manufacturing. The position involves work in an environment that may require extended periods of sitting or standing. Essential Functions: • Ability to handle small, delicate, and fragile parts • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and accurately enter data into computer terminals • Experience using microscopes for inspection • Proficiency with hand tools and specialized test equipment • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and technicians • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area • Active participation in process improvements • Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years prior assembly experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 0-2 years prior assembly experience.
