RequirementsResponsibilities:Manage daily office and plant administrative operations.Manage Equipment (DG/Crane/Forklift/Stacker/AC etc) maintenance in co-ordination with external agencies.Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, and cleanliness of shop floors, washrooms, and common areas.Oversee day to day activities of Security.Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, pest control, and repairs.Manage inventory of consumables, tools, stationary and administrative supplies.Performing clerical and administrative tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments, and ordering workplace supplies.Booking couriers, Porter etc.End to End Admin and Facility Management Qualification and RequirementsDiploma - Electrical/ Mechanical Experience:2 -4 years as Admin and Facility management Skills:Must Have:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Office and facility managementEmail etiquettes Data entry accuracy Vendor CommunicationNice to Have:1) Communication skills: Excellent verbal & written communication on mail to interact with clients, staff, and vendors2) Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate with diverse individuals and maintain a professional environment.3) Customer service orientation : Friendly, approachable, and capable of creating a positive experience for visitors4) Attention to detail5) Time management6) Ability to work under minimal supervision

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily office and plant administrative operations.
2. Manage Equipment (DG/Crane/Forklift/Stacker/AC etc) maintenance in co-ordination with external agencies.

Qualification and Requirements

• Diploma - Electrical/ Mechanical

Experience:

• 2 -4 years as Admin and Facility management
