What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owner and resident inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
- Customer service – responsive communication with client, residents, vendors, and team members
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day community operations, including vendor coordination, work order processing, and site visits
- Assist with budget preparation, banking tasks, and financial reporting
- Help obtain vendor proposals and manage service contracts
- Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and professionally
- Attend occasional weekday evening board meetings; respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Maintain organized records, task lists, and follow-through on all open items
Requirements
- 3–5 years of external-facing, high-volume customer service experience
- Experience in HOA/COA association management, rental property management, or hospitality management (hotel/resort/restaurant)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet
- Ability to travel within the Cleveland metro area several times per week
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Cleveland, OH
- Must pass a criminal background and credit history check before hire
