The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Assistant Chief Steward to support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department. Lead end-to-end stewarding operations across all F&B outlets and back-of-house areas Maintain top hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards Highly competitive total remuneration package on offer Key Accountabilities Lead and manage overall stewarding operations to ensure smooth and efficient F&B support.
