Job Title Assistant Engineer Job Description Summary Job Description Lift Performance Monitoring, monitoring lift performance Manage Contractors and performance Responsible for all stakeholders regarding lift performance. Able to attend site inspection with immediate notice. Able to witness and verify site works Lift parts certification To carry out parts certification work with contractor To witness contractor’s parts replacement works To witness contractor’s repairing and trouble shotting works Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement. Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance schedule. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Any other work that is assigned by the manager. Requirements Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical preferred) and above Prior 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Computer skills are required, familiar with BCA and HDB requirements for Lift operations. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
