You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and managing the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and efficient coordination of housekeeping activities. Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and provide appropriate resolutions. Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
