Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain the comprehensive suite of ArcGIS Enterprise components, including Portal, Server, Data Store, and Web Adaptor, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Proactively troubleshoot and resolve a variety of complex issues alongside relevant teams, focusing on publishing, services, Single Sign-On (SSO), certificates, networking, and overall system performance to maintain high levels of service and user satisfaction.Collaborate effectively with IT professionals to manage and optimize server configurations, networks, firewall settings, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), cloud infrastructure, and ensure robust system security protocols are in place.Support a variety of basic GIS application development workflows including the use of REST APIs, web maps, custom applications, and integrations, helping to drive innovation and enhance user engagements.Manage user support tickets efficiently, maintain comprehensive documentation, and oversee operational monitoring to ensure a smooth and effective user experience across the GIS platform.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or GIS.Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture.Good understanding of Windows Server, networking, and API basics.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across GIS + IT + application layers.Good communication and documentation skills.
