While you’ll work directly for the franchise owner—not EE—you’ll represent one of the UK’s most recognised and innovative telecom providers. With EE continuing to lead the way in double-speed 5G and rolling out a new wave of digital services, there’s never been a better time to come on board. We’re currently hiring Assistant Store Managers for our Visiontek EE franchise locations, and we’re looking for retail professionals who are passionate about people, technology, and great service. Surrounded by the latest devices and innovations, you’ll: Demonstrate new tech and encourage customer interaction with our products. Lead from the front on the shop floor, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations. Support and coach team members to improve their product knowledge and service skills. Ensure your store maintains a welcoming, customer-first environment. At Visiontek, we share EE’s mission to be #1 for service on the high street—and you’ll play a central role in helping us get there. Help lead and develop a high-performing, knowledgeable team. Support a results-focused culture, balancing commercial KPIs with service excellence. Contribute to long-term planning and succession with support from your Franchise Store Manager and Regional Franchise Manager. Foster a team environment that’s motivated, confident, and customer-focused. Your Store. Your Career.
