If you want to grow your career with a high-energy team, this is a great opportunity. **What You'll Do** As a Travel Heavy Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key partner to Center Directors and a visible leader across our fleet of businesses. You will lead from the front on the donor floor, taking ownership of key parts of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience. You will be a key part of the culture - jumping in wherever necessary and creating a positive environment for the team and our donors. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth organization, one that is changing rapidly and creating new opportunities for our high-performing team members. You will play a key role in supporting and improving centers in transition, providing guidance and support for growing centers, and filling leadership gaps where needed. This role is expected to travel up to 75%.
