Job Posting Title: Assistant Manager, International External Reporting: Tax Operations Req ID: 10151145 Job Description: What will you do This role requires a strong foundation in compliance, book closure activities, reconciliations, and tax-related competencies. As an Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for the following: Tax, Accounting & Reporting Perform and review tax and statutory reporting tasks for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and review General Ledger entries including accruals, provisions, and adjustments as per guidelines. Provide initial analytical commentary to support financial and management reporting. Controls & Governance Track period end close progress and highlight risks or delays to the Manager. Support financial control checks and documentation as per the Control Framework. Maintain detailed working papers and supporting documentation Execute assigned controls and ensure audit trail is complete Process Leadership & Continuous Improvement Identify process gaps and suggest improvement opportunities. Support implementation of process changes and technology-enabled enhancements. Apply problem solving techniques to resolve operational issues. Contribute to maintaining and improving Process KPIs.
