Assistant Manager/Manager (Financial Planning & Budgeting) (2-years contract)

Job description

[What the role is] You will be part of the team performing budgeting, financial projection and evaluation, and supporting corporate initiatives. [What you will be working on] During the annual budget proposal, you will work closely with the stakeholders at various levels to manage their budgetary requirements and balance these against financial resource constraints. In addition, you will support Divisions in preparing their business cases, financial models and expenditure proposals. There will also be involvement in corporate projects and initiatives with long-term financial implications requiring scenario and sensitivity analysis, to support management decision making. [What we are looking for] Background in Accountancy or other professional qualification in Accountancy/Finance, with knowledge of financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and forecasting techniques. Prior experience in commercial or industrial real estate project financial analysis, effective communication and interpersonal skills would be added advantages. • Excellent analytical, coordination and communication (written and verbal) skills are critical for this position. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
