Assistant Officer - School of Business and Management (HKUST EMBA Program)

Job description

Department: Office of the Dean of Business and Management Job Posting Details The appointee will provide general support to the program. Duties include assisting in program management; daily office administration work; marketing and admission process; alumni relationship development; database administration; and providing any other duties as assigned. Applicants should have an associate degree / higher diploma or above with some post-qualification experience in administration or the education sector. The appointee should have good communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). He/She should be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; able to work both independently and as a good team player; and capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office is a must. Working outside normal office hours will be required . (Duration: 2 years, renewable) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
