Could you be the full-time Project Manager Assistant in Belgrade, Serbia we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a dynamic project environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates, and you'll play a central support role within the team, acting as a key point of contact to connect people, follow up on ongoing actions, and ensure smooth project operations in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (both locally and internationally), support internal communication efforts, track key topics, and help maintain clarity and alignment between teams. You’ll specifically take care of facilitating project reviews and managing administrative tasks but also supporting new team members and ensuring effective liaison with customers. We’ll look to you for: Liaising with project team on a regular basis to obtain various information for the PM Compiling reports for Project reviews Arranging meetings – including room bookings, equipment, refreshments, etc Customer liaison – build up relationships with the customers at all levels and become a reliable point of contact for them Manage the office – reception of visitors, room allocation, post, invoices, lunches etc Travel arrangements – flights/hotel bookings -visa Manage expenses sheets in the e-tools Diary management Email management: where appropriate responding on PM's behalf / fielding telephone calls Prepare agendas for the meetings, write minutes Provide support in making PowerPoint presentations Manage DA and follow payment of invoices Provide the necessary support to new comers in the team All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
